Open shoulder joints

To learn this exercise, first raise your arms straight to the side.

IMPORTANT: BE SURE TO CHECK WITH YOUR HEALTH CARE PROFESSIONAL BEFORE USING THIS OR ANY OTHER THERAPY EXERCISE  

 

 

 

 

1. First learn to release and not raise or tense the shoulders

The technique is designed to open blood and energy channels. Be sure not to allow the arms to fall to the rear, so as to be supported by the scapula (shoulder blades)

To do this exercise correctly, learn not to lift the the arms from the shoulders, but to release them.

Be sure not to place the shoulders too far forward or to the rear.
